11 Days Tour

  • Day 1: Haridwar (220kms drive 5-6hrs)

    Arrival Haridwar check in Hotel. Later we shall take you to visit to the Har-ki-Pauri, Revel in Ganga Aarti in the
    evening, later back to hotel for overnight stay at the Hotel. (D)

  • Day 2: Haridwar – Mussoorie – Barkot (220kms/7-8hr)

    Depart from Haridwar early morning and stop for lunch on the way to kempty falls Or Mussoorie. Continue
    your journey and reach Barkot in the evening after visiting Kempty falls on the way.on arrival check in to the
    hotel, Dinner and overnight at hotel. (B, L, D)

  • Day 3: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot 36kms drive & 6kms Trek (one side)

    Drive to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti, trek start from here to Yamunotri (6kms). Either by walk or by horse or by
    Doli at own cost. Arr. Yamunotri, One can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the
    hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as “Prasad”. Here near the temple “Pooja” can be offered to Divya
    Shila, After taking bath in Jamunabai Kund’s warn water and having “Darshan” of pious “Yamunaji” returning
    to Jankichatti. Later drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay at Hotel. (B, L, D)
    Yamunotri Temple: Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple in the 19th Century. It was destroyed twice in
    the present century and rebuilt again.
    Surya Kund: There are a Number of thermal springs in the vicinity of the temple, which flows into numerous
    pools. The most important of these is Surya Kund.
    Divya Shila: A rock pillar, worshipped before entering the Yamunotri Temple.

  • Day 4: Barkot – Uttarkashi (100kms/4hr)

    After a Relaxed breakfast, leave for Uttarkashi, Drive of 100 kms. Enroute vist Prakateshwar Cave, on arrival
    Uttarkashi Check in at the Hotel Evening visit Vishvanath Temple, Overnight stay at the hotel. (B, L, D)
    Uttarkashi: Situated at the bank of river Bhagirathi. The temple of Lord Vishwanath is located here where a
    massive iron trident is erected.

  • Day 5: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100kms/3-4 each side)

    Early Morning drive to Gangotri (3048 mts), enroute we enjoy picturesque Harsil village, Bhagirathi River and
    the most magnificent view of the Himalayas . After Gangotri Darshan we return to Uttarkashi. Oernight stay at
    Uttarkashi. (B, L, D)
    Gangotri Temple: Gangotri temple is 18th Centuri temple dedicated to Goddess ganga. It is located near a
    sacred stone where king Bhagirath worshipped Lords Shiva. Ganga “Deva Yagna” hear to atone the death of
    their kinsmen in the epic battle of Mahabharat. The temple is an exquisite 20ft. high structure made of white
    granite.
    Submerged Shivling: Submerged in the river, this natural rock Shivling is the place where, according to
    mythology Lord Shiva sat when he received the Ganga in his matted lock. It is visible in winter months when
    water level decreases
    Kedar Ganga Sangam: Around 100 Yards from the Ganga Temple flows the river Kedar Ganga. Starting from
    the Kedar Valle, this river meets the Bhagirathi on its left bank.

  • Day 6: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (220kms/8-9hr)

    After a very early Breakfast, leave for Guptkasi. a late lunch is Scheduled en Route molgarh. After lunch,
    Continue your journey and today for the first time see the Beautiful River Mandakni. Travel along side the
    River to reach Guptakashi late in the Evening, Overnight Stay at Hotel. (B, L, D)

  • Day 7: Guptkashi – Kedarnath – Gutpkashi

    After breakfast at the resort you will fly to Kedarnath. Due to Government regulation, due to massive floods last
    two year ago all accommodation facilities in Kedarnath have been damaged. Night halt will not be provided in
    Kedarnath, instead we will offer night halt facilities in Guptkashi area. (B, L, D)
    Guests can get in touch with our local partner to avail special entry or to perform any special puja at Kedarnath
    with the temple committee office. Cost for any such arrangements will be paid directly by the passengers to the
    local partner of Nidhi Tours and Travels
    Kedarnath Temple: The Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot situated,
    against the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range. Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva, the protector and
    the destroyer. According to legend, the Pandavas after having won over the Kaurava in the Kurukshetra war,
    felt guilty of having killed their own brothers and sought the blessings of Lord Shiva for redemption. He eluded
    them repeatedly and while fleeing took refuge at Kedarnath in the form of a bull. On being followed he dived
    into the ground, leaving his hump on the surface. The remaining portions of Lord Shiva appeared at four other
    places and are worshipped there as his manifestations. The arms appeared at Tungnath, the face at Rudranath,
    the belly at Madhmaheshwar and his locks (hair) with head at Kalpeshwar. Kedarnath and the four abovementioned
    shrines are treated as Panch Kedar.

  • Day 8: Guptkashi – Badrinath (190kms/7hr)

    After Breakfast leave for Badrinath via Joshimath. Check in Hotel. Later at evening visit Badrinath Temple for

    Badrinath: Cradled in the twin Mountain ranges of Nar and Narayan is the holies of the four main shrinesbadrinath
    along the left bank of Alaknanda with the towering Neelkanth peak as the splendid backdrop. Once
    the spot was carpeted eith “Badri”or wild berries and hence was famous as Badrivan. Legend has it when the
    ganga was requested to descend to earth to help suffering humanity, the earth was unable to with stand the
    force of its descent, There for the mighty ganga was split in to 12 holy channels, Alaknanda was one of then that
    later became the abode of Loard Vishnu or Badrinath Ji. Badrinath one of the ‘Four Dhams’ is one of the most
    celebrated pilgrimage spots of the country and is situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters, This revered spot
    was once carpeted with wild berries. Thus the place got the name “Badri van”, meaning “forest of berries”.
    Tapt Kund: Natural thermal springs on the bank of the river Alaknanda, where it is customary to bathe before
    entering the Badrinath temple.
    Narad Kund: A recess in the river, near Tapt Kund, forming a pool from where the Badrinath idol was
    recovered.
    Brahama Kapal: A flat platform on the bank of river Alaknanda. Hindus perform propitiating rites for their
    deceased ancestors.
    Mana Village: Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village before Tibet.
    Bhim Pul: On the other side of Mana village, a massive rock forming a natural bridge, lies over the roaring
    Saraswati river. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under
    the rock and is believed to have been placed there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers.
    Vyas Gufa (cave): Near Mana Village, this is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the
    Mahabharata and the pauranic commentaries.

  • Day 9: Badrinath – Joshimath – Pipalkoti – Rudraprayag (180kms/6-7hr)

    Early morning, pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal. Brahamakapal is
    significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There are other interesting sight seeing spot like Mana,
    Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the “Mukh” of the Saraswati River. Just within the three
    kms of Badrinathjee. Later drive back to Joshimath – Pipalkoti – Rudraperyag. Check in Hotel. Overnight stay in
    Rudraperyag. (B, L, D)
    Joshimath is situated on the slopes above the confluence of Alaknanda and Dhauliganga. Of the four ‘Maths’
    established by Adi Shankaracharya, Joshimath is in the Badrinath to Joshimath and installed in the temple for
    people to worship. There are many temples in the township most important is the temple of Nir Singh in
    commotion of Lord Vishnu. The left arm of this deity is with time and the popular belief holds that the day the
    the arm completely withers Badrinath valley will cease to exist and the Gods will transfer the residence into the
    neighboring Niti Valley at Bhavishya Badri. Joshimath is connected by regular bus service to Rishikesh,
    Haridwar, Badrinath and many other centres in the region.
    Rudraprayag: It is the confluence of river Mandakini and river Alaknanda

  • Day 10: Rudraprayag – Rishikesh Excursion – Haridwar (155 kms/ 7 hrs)

    After breakfast at the resort you will Shivpuri. Here you may opt to enjoy some adventure activities like River
    rafting, etc. on own. Take an excursion to Rishikesh. The ‘place of sages’ is a celebrated spiritual town on the
    bank of Ganga and is surrounded by Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. It is said that when Raibhya
    Rishi did hard penances, God appeared by the name of ” Hrishikesh ” and this area hence firth came to be
    known as Rishikesh. Later visit Rishikesh Temples & Sight Seeing – Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla, Bharat Mandir,
    Shivananda Ashram, Parmarth Ashram. Overnight stayat Haridwar. (B, L, D)
    Rishikesh: Upstream on the banks of the Ganga where it is met by the Chandrabhaga is the holy town of
    Rishikesh. Literally, Rishi’s (holy man) locks, this small town is the point where the holy Ganges crashes down
    in full glory onto huge boulders and creates long stretches of white sandy beaches. The banks are lined with
    ashrams, where saints and holy men rested before beginning their arduous pilgrimage up into the snowcovered
    land of the gods. Rishikesh is essentially a combination of five different districts- Rishikesh the
    commercial centre, Muni-ki-reti in the quiet suburbs, Shivananda Nagar to the north, Lakshmanjhula with its
    holy shrines and Swarg Ashram where most of the ashrams are located.

  • Day 11: Haridwar – Chandi Devi & Mansa Devi Temple & Depart Delhi (220 kms drive 5-6 hrs)

    After early morning breakfast visit Chandi Devi & Mansa Devi Temple & later get transferred to Delhi for
    onward journey. (B)

    loss.
  3. As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to
    provide proper proof of identification upon checkin. Valid identifications documents are: Passport &
    Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Drivers License. All the documents must include a photograph.
  4. Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is
    not responsible for any ID proof related issues.
  5. For extra adult many hotels provide extra mattress also instead of extra bed. Kindly inform us in
    advance if you prefer only extra bed instead of extra mattress.
  6. It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain kind of allergy
    (especially for food) or any serious health issues kindly inform us in advance.
  7. Many small hotels / resorts do not have lift so kindly inform us in advance if you are not comfortable
    with stairs.
  8. Generally hotel check in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs across India. Confirm early
    check in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in cost. Kindly contact hotel directly if you
    want complimentary early check in or late check out.
  9. Many hotels charge extra for room heater or wifi. Normal package does not include this so in that case
    these charges should be paid at hotels.
  10. If meals are included in package it will be served at set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed / meal
    credit. Any items which are not in their in ideal Buffet / Fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of

  11. decide the menu and options of items for menu. Some hotels having Meal credit policy instead of Buffet
    or Fixed Menu during low occupancy in hotel – This meal credit amount is decided by hotel
    management – if bills goes above the given meal credit amount then extra amount should be paid

  12. Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange
    another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take
    much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
  13. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly
    or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather,
    sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
  14. AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle.
  15. Driver will not drive on No entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads
    which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs in case you want services more
    than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance.
  16. In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate
    for the same.
  17. Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email
    conversation before booking)
  18. In case you want multiple visit to the some particular place kindly mention in advance because some
    places are having very high charges of parking.
  19. Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination
    rates may be change)
  20. The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India. If the
    prices increased more than 5 % than the time of booking we will increase the rate even if the rates are
    confirmed earlier.
  21. We reserves the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
  22. At many of the tourist destination / hill station some of the road / shopping market / mall road have
    “NO ENTRY” for all / some bigger tourist vehicles depends on destination along with time restrictions
    also. In this kind of situation guest have to manage another available mode of transport with an
    additional cost and on direct payment basis, this cost is not included in ideal package inclusion.
  23. Some time vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at
    their own cost.
  24. Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is
    mentioned in itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city
    limits or substitute sightseeing kindly contact company. Refund is not possible if any particular
    sightseeing point is not covered. In case you want some excursions kindly inform company in advance
    or discuss these things with company rather than driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be
    covered together. However in case of sometime issues with some particular place we can adjust.
  25. No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
  26. No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather,
    landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of
    government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar
    causes, strikes or problems at
  27. airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational
    and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the
    destination and which is beyond our control.
  28. Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the
    course of the tour.
  29. All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance money
    towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by company. Company can change the
